Darwin Ortiz lectured for a very enthusiastic sold-out house last night at Tannen's Magic.It was great to have Darwin back in New York City! He performed a stellar lecture on card magic, including some very commercial routines that have floored his audiences for the past two decades. He shared a wonderful anecdote with the crowd about his first time at Tannen's Magic. Darwin emphasized the importance of making your magic strong and direct, points which are further discussed in his two books Strong Magic and Designing Miracles.
